Our favorite kinds of love stories are the ones that break tradition. A journey that travels off the beaten path; one that speaks to the individuals and not the norm. This may be because Michael and I didn’t have a traditional love story either. We were quite excited when Patrice Ellis reached out and shared that she and her husband exchanged their vows at the courthouse in March of this year. She was looking for wedding portraits with their two boys and immediate family members. So, this week, we all met at The Windmill Winery in Florence, Arizona. I photographed the love shared between Patrice and Chad as the sun set over the lake house and the boys chased our drone overhead. Here is to many more years of love! Congratulations to Patrice, Chad, Cameron, and Chadwick!
