The year of Match.com…
We are just tickled to death that the internet dating world is panning out for some really wonderful people. In fact, most of our brides and grooms this year met on Match.com, and Adam and Jenelle are one of those couples. We aren’t sure how match.com creates these perfect pairs, but we decided we could probably team up with them to show off all the love we have witnessed this year! Even though the dating algorithm played a part in helping these two love birds meet, their personalities and their affection for one another is what truly kindled the fire, and it is nothing short of wild!
When Adam proposed to Jenelle, he lined the house in candles, got down on one knee, and surprised her with her entire family sneaking out of the woodwork after she said yes. It was intimate, yet she was able to share the experience with all the people closest to her in this world. Adam knows how important family is to Jenelle, and he continues to support her and fall in love with her entire family as they just recently moved to Jenelle’s hometown, Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.
Adam and Jenelle had been through a rough week prior to their engagement session. They had plumbing issues in their basement, their hotel flaked, it had been raining for days, there was overcast and moisture in the air, and they were a bit stressed. But you know that cliché phrase “love conquers all…” well, it did. Their love for each other shined through fiercely during their engagement session at the Anthem House, in Baltimore City. We started off inside the beautiful venue, where the concierge and staff welcomed each of us with open arms. They had agreed to allow us to shoot there last minute and helped provide Adam and Jenelle with precious engagement photographs. As the rain subsided and the sky began to clear, the sun had already crossed the horizon. However, we were determined to provide this in love couple with a Baltimore skyline, since they did travel hours to have their session in the city. We all frantically ran outside to the pool patio of the Anthem House, with their sweet puppy in tow, to grab a few outdoor shots. We are so grateful we were able to come together and capture their love and their elegant style in the city where their story began.
