Swan Harbor Engagement Session

Brianne and Giovanni share a love of water, pups, and all things Taco Bell. So, naturally, all three simply had to be incorporated into their Swan Harbor Engagement Session! We met our lovebirds at Taco Bell to pick up their favorite delicacies, then swung over to Swan Harbor Farms in Havre De Grace, MD for a fun-filled, pup-packed, south-of-the-border-inspired picnic that was, if we do say so ourselves, straight-up commercial worthy.

Brianne and Giovanni met through mutual best friends. One weekend, B drove down from NJ to visit Jules in MD. She & G locked eyes that first night, and they knew they had met their person. The rest, as they say, is history.

After 8 years together, Giovanni finally proposed on Easter Day, 2022. He was able to keep his master plan under wraps, which was a true feat according to B, a self-described “type-A personality,” usually keenly aware of ALL the happenings behind the scene or otherwise.

Giovanni arranged to “fix” an upcoming Easter bingo raffle so Brianne would win the big prize. Then, he hid the ring inside a small easter egg, which was then placed in a larger egg with a stuffed Easter Bunny to really sell the holiday’s theme. B, quite competitive by nature, said she snatched tickets left and right determined to win, all the while oblivious that she was supposed to be victorious from the get go! B bounded up to the prize table after bellowing out the winning “BINGO!” to collect her goodies. But, instead of seeing a clear path back to her table, she turned around to see Giovanni on bended knee.

lucky number 7’s

According to numerology pros, nothing is a coincidence. In fact, ”everything happens because of numbers” (Howstuffworks.com). Incidentally, the number 7 happens to be considered one of the luckiest numbers around. “Whenever you see angel number 77…major shifts and personal transformations are on the horizon…[we mean] the kind of mysterious energy that creates worlds and births miracles” (Kristen, 2022).

It’s no fluke, then, that Brianne and Giovanni are set to tie the knot on 7/7 of 2023! B’s favorite number is 7, and she moved from NJ to MD after six [almost 7!] months of dating G. So, they were undoubtedly thrilled to get 7/7 for their wedding date!

There are no accidents. This was always the plan.

Clearly, our cool ass couple was destined for each other from the start. We’re just thrilled we get to be along for the ride to witness what this magical marriage ride has in store for them!
