This sweet little man came into the studio this week with his eyes wide open and his camera face ready. It didn’t take long for him to get settled in once he was wrapped up and cozy with an adorable blue wrap and matching hat from The Tree Top Shoppe. He has ten perfect little fingers and toes, his daddy’s button nose, and his mommy’s long beautiful eyelashes. Karsyn’s parents are both active military members in the Air Force and including that honor in this newborn session was very important to both of them. Karsyn even had an Air Force hat and his mommy’s dog tags to match their uniforms.

Karsyn Allan Hitson is just over two weeks old, and although he is steadily growing and gaining weight, he is still so tiny. Regardless of his size, Karsyn brings an amount of joy to his parents they didn’t even know was possible. I can’t believe just two weeks ago we were waiting for this little man at Banner Estrella Medical Center. You can read all about his birth story here! Karsyn made his debut a week early. He was ready to feel Arizona heat his momma isn’t fond of, see her beautiful smile, and feel the comfort of his daddy’s arms. Within the first few hours, he accomplished his first video chats with family members from out of town, ate till his belly was full to the brim, and passed all of his exams. Now at just two weeks old, he is sleeping through most nights, he has eaten like a champ from day one, and he loves his snuggles, especially when his arms aren’t too restrained. After feedings, he usually poops in sets of three, of course as soon as he has a clean diaper on or he is settled in his car seat! He is carefully guarded by his two older fur brothers and loves the occasional kisses they grace upon his cheeks.

It has been an absolute joy being a part of this little guys journey into this world, from his maternity session to his birth story, and now his newborn photographs. I hope that I will always have the opportunity to capture his story as he continues to grow and experience the beauty this world has to offer. Congratulations again, Taylor and Levi. He is absolute perfection!
