Imagine this. You are spending the afternoon with friends in California. Getting your nails done, shopping, and mimosas. You haven’t seen them in a while because you just moved to Arizona. You are catching up about all the things and planning a walk on the beach in the afternoon while your boyfriend is out on the golf course. Your face hurts from smiling and the best part of the day hasn’t even happened yet. You have no idea that the most magical thing is still yet to come. As you are walking along the shore, with your toes spreading wide in the sand, you see him. The butterflies start fluttering in your stomach. A mixture of pure excitement because you are unexpectedly seeing the love of your life, and confusion because you know he should be golfing. As you approach, surrounded by your best friends, he drops down on one knee and asks you one of the most important questions of your life.
“Mikayla, will you marry me?”
In a nutshell, that is how Brian set up the day for his beautiful bride-to-be! But it wasn’t over yet! After Mikayla jumped into his arms and said yes, they went back to her mom’s house to share the news, where yet another surprise was waiting for her! Brian had invited all of their family and friends to celebrate their engagement. The rest, my friends, is history!
Brian and Mikayla’s love story started on Hinge, and they always joke that they will be on their commercial one day! A Hinge success story for the ages!

When Mikayla and Brian arrived for their engagement session, the sun was just an hour or so from sliding behind the Usery Mountain. Mikayla was ROCKING her adorable blue and white striped bell-bottoms, and their love was filling the air with joy and excitement.
