You guys, ALL of the weddings we shoot are incredibly special, our couples are ALL amazingly wonderful people who we love dearly.
But something about kindred spirits, those sunset Sedona rocks, & the intimate candor of the entire day…well, it was…
Extra.
How incredibly fitting that our bride and groom chose 11/11 as their wedding date! According to Numerology, 11 is considered a master number. “It’s the number of unique creation, authentic expression, and rapid manifestation” (Higher Perspectives). Perfect for our destiny manifesting, vibration raising, spiritual awakening couple!
Tiff has called Sedona her “soul’s home” since she visited the Red Rocks with her family when she was 12 years old. Feeling the Arizona sun on our skin while overlooking some of the most beautiful landscape in the country, we could immediately see why. Whether it’s the gorgeous scenery, the crisp, clean mountain air, or the palpable spiritual energy, there’s something magical about Sedona.
Tiff knew back then that her lifelong love of those rocks would one day lead her to the location where she would marry the love of her life. Her rock. Her Blake (Anthony’s middle name).
Tiffany & Anthony have known each other for years, first as friends attending CCD classes together in their adolescence, then going their respective ways after high school, seeking to find themselves along the way. Both experienced their fair share of struggle and strife on the road to who they were meant to be. Both endured the knife edge of a broken heart, which, in many ways, helped them to become the people and couple they are today.
It wasn’t until Anthony reached out to Tiffany in a time of need that their friendship rekindled, they connected on a spiritual level, and love began to blossom. Now, years later and a lot of life lived in between, they stand on the precipice of a new leg of their journey together. As Tiffany said in our initial consult with her, “life is the weirdest journey in the world – it brings people in and out of your story for all sorts of reasons.”
It’s quite clear that she and Anthony were brought into each other’s lives not for one, but for many reasons: To heal each other’s hearts and raise each other up. To bring one another balance, and to learn how to love, and be loved, unconditionally. To view every challenge as an opportunity to grow together, instead of apart…to be a living portrait for finding alignment.
Reminiscing about the joy captured on Tiffany & Anthony’s most special of days, we know this joining of two souls, two families, is every bit the rebirth they hoped it would be. Like Phoenixes rising from the ashes, Anthony and Tiffany grew from pain together, taking difficult “rights” over easy “wrongs,” as Tiff told us.
And we’re so glad that they did. Because love like theirs is rare in this world. It’s sacred. It is a testament to the hope and resilience of the human spirit.
And one more for good measure!
