Stop us if you’ve heard this one before…

A boy goes to work & meets a girl, the boy likes the girl, the boy leaves his business card…

Okay, so maybe that’s not exactly where you thought the story was going, but it happens to be how Sara & Will’s love story began. As it turns out, that business card would eventually lead to a picturesque wedding on a crisp, fall day at Pine Ridge Farm six years later.

Always in the Cards

But let’s rewind to that business card strategy. It was a bold move – to waltz into an office while on a job & spot the girl that would one day become your future wife, only to exit after three days of sweet glances and a few chats & leave behind just your business card. Sara was shocked when the front of the business card didn’t have his cell phone number on it because they seemed to hit it off! She immediately went to her dear friend complaining that they had been chatting it up for three days and he didn’t leave a personal phone number!

Wait…what? Will, you left it just like that? Was it to sow intrigue & give an air of mystery? Or maybe in that moment, your heart jumped so hard that saying something suave wasn’t really in the cards, so you played the only card you had in your hand… quite literally.

Sara soon realized that there was more to the card than she thought. On the back, Will left his handwritten phone number, and she didn’t wait long to call it!

Fall Wedding at Pine Ridge Farm

Just a few short days ago, Will married his soul’s true counterpart, his Joy (which also happens to be Sara’s middle name & what she goes by to those closest to her). One thing is for sure…
